PLATE ROLL WITH BENDING WEDGE
Powered by a 2,2kW motor and equipped with an adjustable, hardened and coated bending wedge placed at the side of the rolls, this particular machine easily bends 4mm plates to a minimum diameter of 250mm. For those of you who know the old Corando machines, this machine type can be a direct replacement.
Thanks to its speed, the Swebend PB2W is well-suited for volume production of cylinders. This highly precise bending machine requires close to zero operator knowledge thanks to its intuitive control and adjustment possibilities. The ends of the plate are formed to a very accurate radius so there is no compromise on the traditional “straight end”.
The Swebend PB2W system is perfect for integration into manufacturing cells with automation with material infeed systems and automatic removal of the rolled cylinders.
